Special event by Chef Mauro Colagreco

On 28, 29 and 30 March, chef Mauro Colagreco will offer a series of exclusive citrus-inspired lunches and dinners at CYCLE restaurant in Tokyo, introducing a special menu offered only once a year. Menton is probably the most famous city when it comes to lemon as it has always been the main lemon-growing region in Europe, and at this time of year it hosts a large lemon festival. The city is full of lemons and citrus fruits, and many festivities are organized around this delicious fruit.

At Mirazur***, where more than 15 different varieties of citrus fruits are grown in the 5-hectares of biodynamic gardens, Chef Mauro Colagreco loves creating menus consisting of only citrus-inspired very creative dishes.  We are happy to inform that he will craft such a menu for CYCLE restaurant as well, from March.
