”Forest Fusion Feast” Dialogue at the Osaka-Kansai Expo

On Sunday, June 15, 2025, a talk session was held at “Forest of Tranquility” at the Osaka-Kansai Expo, featuring exhibit producer Mr. Hiroaki Miyata, Chef Mauro Colagreco, and Chef Yuhei Miyamoto. Under the theme The Circular (R)evolution, they discussed the future of food. Additionally, two original drinks were developed and served to the guests, using the same herbs found in infinite garden, a stunning artwork by Leandro Erlich—Chef Mauro’s friend—exhibited in “Forest of Tranquility” .
