Announcing Grand Opening Date

A renowned Michelin 3-star chef Chef Mauro Colagreco’s first restaurant in Japan, CYCLE will be on Friday, October 27, 2023 at Otemachi Tokyo.

The name CYCLE was inspired by Chef Mauro’s desire to ”transcribe this notion of cycle which is so dear to my heart, the beauty of nature which is constantly reborn, these energies which circulate and all these interactions between the elements, which animate me and fascinate me. Through cooking of course, but also through the products that nature offers to us, and everything that surrounds us…”.
